Did you order the wrong product? Was the product damaged? Or do you have another reason for wanting to exchange the product? In many cases you can return an ordered product from us, with a few exceptions.
When can you return a product?
A product can be returned if:
- The product is damaged when it arrived, without having used the product.
- You are not completely satisfied with the product and the product is still in its original packaging and the seal has not been broken.
- The product is defective and falls under warranty.
When a product cannot be returned
Items may not be returned to us if the product is used to assess whether he/she wishes to keep the product, or that the sealing of the package is broken or products that cannot be returned in relation to hygiene reasons such as condoms , sextoys, supplements, stimulants, pharmacy items, lingerie, lubricants and massage products.Also the original packaging of a product may not be damaged caused by the consumer.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products you have the option to terminate the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the customer or a designated representative by the customer to the entrepreneur.
- During this period you will need to carefully handle the product and the packaging. You shall only unpack or use the product to such extend to determine whether you want to keep the product, with the exception of items described in section 'When a product cannot be returned'. In the event you are appealing to your return policy rights you shall return all the products including all relating delivered items - if possible - in its original state and packaging, in accordance to our clear and reasonable instructions.
- If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal you are obliged within 14 days after receipt of the product to notify us. Notifying us can be done by using the standard form. After you have notified us that you with to use your right to withdrawal you are required to send the products within 14 days. The consumer is required to proof that the items have been returned, by means of a shipping receipt for instance.
If you have not notified us that you wish to use your right to withdrawal and have not sent the product back to us the sale will be deemed final.
